Whether I need to file Income tax in my business name or personal name?
If you are a Sole propreitor, personal name holds good. If you are running a partnership firm or private ltd co, you need to file under both company as well as personal name.

Whether I need to file income tax even if my income is less than the specified amount mentioned in Income tax Act?
If you have PAN, you need to update in the Income tax portal that your income is less than the limit mentioned in the income tax Act.

Whether PAN & Aadhar need to be linked to file Income tax?
